About Chrysalis Counselling Services

Counselling is an opportunity to talk, in a safe and confidential setting, without being judged.
Counselling therapy is a supportive and caring way of exploring your
thoughts and feelings, that may be causing you problems or causing difficulties within your life.
We can all usually cope with life’s little ups and downs. We think and react in different ways, experiencing anxiety and stress at different times, and our low moods can be a way of telling us that something is wrong.
Having to manage problems over a longer period of time and experiencing traumatic events in life, can upset and interfere with the way we would normally cope with day-to-day life.
Counselling will help you to make sense of your concerns, and will help you to find positive steps to work through your thoughts and feelings and allow you to make your own choices in life.

Whilst therapy may be individual it can also be successful in a group workshop setting.
